What I do is, randomize the draft order, then one person picks a year.
Lets say I picked 2008. I would be able to draft from 2007-08 and 2008-09 player pool and only that. Then with that order, it gets flipped around so first gets last for when we actually draft.
This is the Whatifsports Search function. Keep in mind that defensive ratings DO matter when you draft your player.
